I’m Kate -  a mother, wife, daughter, grandmother. A divine feminine goddess reclaiming her light and her power in this reality that has many times tried to hold me down and silence me. Can you relate?

 

Whilst my life has brought me face-to-face with many challenges and traumas, each one of them has shaped the every part of who I am—not just the woman I am today but also the healer I have become.

 

My journey has been one of immense transformation, resilience, and deep soul healing and through all the brokeness - I have been unequivocally determined to not only rise but to be the space holder for those who are determined to believe in the hope that they too can live the life they truly know they are worthy of. We cannot control what tries to breaks us, but we can choose how we rise from the ashes. My pain has been my greatest teacher, revealing to me the profound capacity of the human spirit to heal, transform, and find purpose. It was in these depths of loss and heartbreak that I came to realise healing also requires something more—a sacred surrender that asks us to release the illusion of control and open ourselves to the boundless possibilities before us. In this surrender, I discovered a beautiful expansion of my heart, a softening of my soul, a deepening of my perspective, and my capacity to love, which continues to guide the limitless evolution of my soul. I learned that each hardship can serve as a catalyst, gently nudging us toward deeper self-discovery and expansion, inviting us to step into our highest potential one breath at a time. It is this wisdom that ignites within my bones and the core of my soul a passion and purpose: to help others reconnect with their own light and rediscover the unlimited multidimensional essence within themselves.

In 2016, I published my book, "Destined to Be... ME", a deep heartfelt expression of the lessons and insights I gained along my journey of domestic violence and feeling the loss of personal power. That same purpose led me to establish my "Wings of Destiny" charity, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting women reclaiming their lives after domestic violence. Through advocacy, fundraising events, public speaking, and personal development courses, I’ve witnessed the incredible resilience and strength of the human spirit. In 2017, I was honoured to receive the "Medallion of Service" to the City of Ipswich, a humbling recognition of my dedication to making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

My own healing journey led me to embrace a spiritual awakening that transformed not only my life but also my approach to helping others. Through modalities like Reiki, Sound Healing, Theta Healing, Human Design, Sacred Plant Medicine and Psycho-Spiritual Therapy, I’ve developed a holistic and deeply personal approach to healing. These practices allow me to meet every individual where they are, nurturing their mind, body, and soul with the utmost compassion, integrity, and understanding.

I am not here to fix or save you—because I know you are not broken—but to hold this sacred cup of healing for you, to hold your hand as we walk together to reclaim your lost voice, your strength, and your authentic self.
