Through meditation we raise the vibration of not only ourselves but our community and the space we are in. Meditation not only connects us to the higher planes of existence and the Creator of All That Is but it has also been scientifically proven to reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and pain. In fact thousands of studies have shown the positive impact that meditating has on our health and well-being.
On top of this, meditation opens up a portal to a connection to the higher self - letting go of EGO and evoking a spiritual awareness. As you meditate, to change the frequency of not just your physical, mental and emotional state, but also your etheric field. As we go through our daily lives, the chaos and conflict of the world can change our energy and leave us in a state of confusion, exhaustion and sometimes even depression and hopelessness. This can affect our relationships, our sleep patterns, our clarity of thought. Meditating on a regular basis helps to break through those toxic energies and recalibrate our energy centres that are the pillars of our BEing.
