TRAINING AND COURSES WITH SOLACE OF SOUL
TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A booking with Solace of Soul training and courses is confirmed when your required deposit for particular course or training is paid.

"Training and Courses" are referred to but not limited to - Reiki Level 1 Course, Reiki Level 2 Course, Masterclass Courses, Conscious Self Course, Theta Courses, Chakra and Crystal Course, Conscious Business Courses.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age to attend a Solace of Soul Training and Course.

Payment Policy

Payment must be received in full and must be made at least 21 days prior to the training and course commencement. If the training and course commencement date is less than 21 days away, full payment is required to secure the booking.
If payment of the balance is not received by the due date Solace of Soul reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of the participant to read and understand our cancellation policy.

In the event of cancellation by the Participant, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund fees, minus the deposit, apply.

– The deposit for all training and courses is non-refundable but may be transferred to another training and course date in the future if 90 days notice is given.
– Cancellation 21 days or less before due commencement date, 0% refund
– Cancellation more than 21 days and less than 30 days before due arrival date, deposit non-refundable, 50% refund of remaining balance if your booking is able to be filled. We do not give any guarantees of this.

We do not offer credit for a participant arriving late or leaving early. This includes unforeseen issues such as family-related illness, or COVID diagnosis.

Solace of Soul training and courses reserves the right to change its location due to unforeseen issues (e.g. third-party delays or problems, construction, etc.).
Solace of Soul Sacred training and courses reserves the right to change or amend this policy at any time. The current policy is always applicable.

Your deposit +Admin Fees is a non-refundable deposit. All cancellations for the Solace of Soul Straining and courses must be done in writing and no refunds will be given for cancellations with less than 21 days notice unless under the discretion of our Clinic Principal for extreme and extenuating circumstances. Legitimate cause for such cancellations must be provided via appropriate documentation ie. Medical Certificate 

All cancellations requested with more than 30 days notice are refunded in full LESS your holding deposit and admin fee.
