Soul Integration Session

Service Description

An integration session is a crucial part of your path moving forward as it allows the space for you to show up with all the feelings post your ceremony/session/retreat and work through each of these in a safe, nurtured and calm space. During this Integration Session, we will revisit the tools shared with you in your Ceremony/Session/Retreat and unpack these in more depth and detail so that you can fully embody and embrace all the new innerstandings you have about yourself and your past stories and experiences. A Theta Integration sessions begins with a Quantum "Grounded in 1 and Lifted in 7" Meditation to slow down your brainwaves and to connect deeply with your higher self. As we move into the thick of these sessions, I will initiate in depth conversations, practical exercises and facilitate a verbal unpacking of your Ceremony/Session/Retreat experience. This integration session helps you navigate through all the things your Ceremony/Session/Retreat has brought to the surface (mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually) and help you to make sense of it all while assisting in unlearning and letting go of all past patterns and behaviours that you were playing out consciously before your awareness. An integration / Follow Up Session is what really grounds your healing, where the raw data is transformed into clarity and positive long lasting change for your every day life. Reiki or Harpé can be administered in these sessions if you choose.
